The fulfillment service implies preparing the equipment for exhibit and sale to the end-consumer, including the preparation of the number of handsets with their phone number ready for automatic activation at the end points of sale, in other words, making sure that:

1. The equipment is complete: handset housing, manuals, accessories, antennas, etc., according to the order.

2. It has all the necessary software and performance per sample.

The referred services are provided according to their complexity and volume, at the warehouses of Zilicom, in spaces hired at the ALMA PERU warehouse or at the warehouse of Telefónica, equipped with staff and special equipment property of Zilicom Investments. The equipment is first class quality and the staff is fully trained to such a level that Telefónica has qualified Zilicom Investments as the supplier that most meets all its rules and standards in the fulfillment processes (which they determine as generic packing standards).
